Eric M. Miller

Eric Miller, a native of Metairie, Louisiana, graduated from Brother Martin High School in New Orleans. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Louisiana State University. After graduation, Eric returned to New Orleans and worked for seven years in commercial construction, filling roles in estimating and project management.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During law school, he clerked for Duplass APLC and other firms in New Orleans, gaining exposure to a variety of civil litigation matters.

Eric’s professional background in construction shapes his developing legal interests, especially in construction law and general civil litigation.
