Madeline is a native of Bunkie, Louisiana and graduate of Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Political Science and English—Rhetoric, Writing, and Culture from Louisiana State University in 2021. She continued her education at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center receiving her Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law.

During her law school tenure, Madeline was the recipient of the “L’Ecrevisse Scholarship,” a Dean’s Scholar, and awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing II and Local Government Law. Additionally, Madeline participated in LSU Law’s study abroad program at Jean Moulin University Lyon III in France. Madeline also served as the Development Editor for the Louisiana Law Review and Academic Tutor for Legal Research and Writing I & II courses.

Madeline’s legal career has primarily focused on defending commercial entities in a wide range of personal injury matters, including both premises and products liability, as well as workers’ compensation. Madeline also has substantive experience in advising clients in complex labor and employment issues, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving workplace discrimination, wage disputes, wrongful termination, and various Title VII claims.

Madeline is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Madeline is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. As a strategic advocate who thrives in contentious environments, Madeline is comfortable managing active disputes and advising clients proactively, advancing client objectives at every stage of the process both inside and outside the courtroom.
