Kristian A. Caruso

Associate

Kristian is a native of Denham Springs, LA and graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy in Baton Rouge. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a Minor in History and concentration in International Law and Legal Systems from Louisiana State University in 2020.

Kristian earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans where she served as the Articles Editor for the Journal of Public Interest Law. Kristian’s Comment was selected for publication in Volume 25:2. The most rewarding part of law school for Kristian was representing her own clients in numerous trials as a Rule XX student practitioner with the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic.

During her law school tenure, Kristian also founded the Loyola Law chapter of the National Italian American Bar Association and earned the Best Case Note Award her 2L year.

Kristian clerked for Duplass during her 2L summer before joining the firm full time as an associate in Fall 2024. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and National Italian American Bar Association.
