Biography

Nathan’s litigation practice encompasses a broad range of insurance defense matters, including trucking and transportation, premises liability, hurricane damage disputes, and commercial litigation matters. Nathan is a passionate advocate for his clients throughout all stages of the litigation process. He has defended the interests of national and regional insurance carriers, national religious orders, and multinational casual dining companies against personal injury and premises liability claims.  Having represented clients across such a diverse spectrum of industries and business models, Nathan appreciates the importance of developing a litigation management plan that aligns with each clients’ unique requirements and approach to litigation. 

Nathan routinely prepares for and represents clients in bench and jury trials throughout Louisiana. He is skilled at managing all pre-trial motion practice and discovery, including deposing claimants and expert witnesses in cases involving catastrophic injuries, mTBIs, and sensitive, high-profile matters.

From pre-suit risk mitigation counsel through trial, Nathan is known for his persuasive advocacy and ability to navigate the litigation process to successfully resolve each claim as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible for his clients.

Nathan also represents and assists homeowners’ associations and condominium associations in lien placement, enforcement, and collections actions as well as land use, zoning, and title issues throughout Louisiana. 

Nathan also has extensive experience representing parties in bankruptcy matters and has successfully advised and represented a wide range of clients in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.

Nathan resides in New Orleans with his wife, and fellow attorney, and their daughter. Nathan serves the local community as a Board member of the Lakeshore Property Owners Association and is a parishioner of Saint Pius X Church.
