In addition, Nicole routinely defends insurance agents and brokers, as well as real estate agents and brokers, against claims of errors and omissions and in all other manners of professional liability. Nicole also has experience defending against medical products liability claims, premises liability claims, property disputes, and general casualty and auto liability claims.
