Joe was born in Janesville, Wisconsin, but was raised in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduating from Loyola University in 1990, he went on to receive his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Loyola University College of Law in 1997. He was also a member of the Loyola Law Review.
Joe’s practice involves defense of product liability claims, insurance defense litigation, and toxic tort and environmental claim defense. He also represents clients at the trial and appellate court levels in State and Federal Courts in both Louisiana and Mississippi. He has served as a member of the defense steering committee in the In Re FEMA Formaldehyde Trailer Products Liability Litigation MDL (United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana), and was a member of the trial team that obtained a defense verdict in the MDL’s first bellwether trial. Joe is married to Mary Glass and is the father of two sons.
