Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Duplass Zwain Bourgeois Pfister Weinstock & Bogart, APLC is seeking a conscientious, reliable support staff member to handle our reception desk and assist with accounts payable and various administrative functions. Duties include: answer phones, greet guests, schedule conference rooms, distribute electronic faxes, scan documents, accounts payable entry, conflict checks, maintain marketing database and client billing guidelines information, assist the Administrator and HR Manager as needed.

Job Requirements:
The candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills and a minimum of two years clerical experience. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel required. Accounts payable and/or law firm experience preferred.
