Andrew
D. Weinstock
A graduate of University of New York at Albany with a Bachelors in
History, Andy received his Juris Doctorate with honors from Tulane
University in 1987. Joining Duplass in 1987, Andy has focused a large
area of his practice in toxic tort defense and environmental coverage
litigation, defending a substantial number of personal injury claims
arising out of product liability, premises liability and automobile
liability disputes. Andy has also published several articles covering
various legal topics in the arena of Toxic Tort and Environmental
Insurance coverage issues. For the past three years, Andy has served as the Manufacturing Defendants Liaison Counsel in the In Re FEMA Formaldehyde MDL and led the trial team that obtained a defense verdict in that MDL's first bellwether trial. Areas
