G. Watson
A magna cum laude graduate of Loyola University New Orleans in 2003,
Philip received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Tulane University
Law School in 2007. While a student at Tulane, Philip was a Managing
Editor for the Tulane Environmental Law Journal, Student Attorney
for the Juvenile Law Clinic, and member of the Tulane Inn of Court.
Philip received an academic scholarship to attend Tulane and graduated
in the top 25% of his class.
