Guyton
H. Valdin
Guy was graduated from Duke University in 1985 and received his J.D.
degree from Tulane University School of Law in 1990. He began working
as a law clerk for the Duplass Firm in 1989. He regularly defends
product liability suits involving automobiles, motorcycles, ATVs,
agricultural equipment, construction equipment and various other products.
He also regularly defends healthcare professionals in medical malpractice
litigation. Guy is married with two children. He is a director of
the firm.

Affiliations
A member of the Louisiana State Bar, Guy is admitted to practice
before all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts
for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, and
the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He will
soon obtain licensure in the State of Texas.
