Kevin
R. Derham
After graduating from Clemson University (magna cum laude), Kevin
received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University (magna cum laude,
Order of the Coif) in 2000. Kevin is a shareholder in the firm and
enjoys a general defense practice focusing primarily in the areas
of products liability, mass/class action toxic tort, construction
and professional liability. Kevin has extensive experience representing
clients in numerous forums including trial, mediation and arbitration.
In addition to his work with the firm, Kevin is a faculty member at
Tulane University Law School where he is an instructor in the school's
Trial Advocacy skills course and is also a member of the New Orleans
AIDS Task Force (N.O./AIDS Task Force). In his free time, Kevin enjoys
traveling (having lived and traveled extensively abroad) as well as
cooking, golf and baseball. Kevin is married to Natalie Rinck Derham and they have two sons, Casey and Drew.
