Our commitment to diversity starts with the premise that bringing together people of different backgrounds fosters the innovative and creative exchange of ideas necessary to identify and meet the needs of our clients. We recognize that creating a culture of diversity and inclusion within our firm demands more than policy statements and written goals. It requires continuous effort, focus and action.

When interviewing for attorneys, we attend law school minority job fairs to identify the best and brightest candidates. When hiring law clerks, we aggressively utilize avenues and resources that will provide the most diverse group of prospects. Whether through direct contacts or recruiters, we seek out diverse individuals to join our administrative and support staff. We also are committed to promoting diversity by hiring and building relationships with minority or female owned vendors. Our list of diverse vendors currently number in excess of 25 and include private investigators, food providers, document resource companies, court reporters, IT companies and legal recruiters.
