Geoffrey
P. Clement
A graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School and the University of
New Orleans, Geoff worked full time as a claims adjuster and attended
Loyola University at night, receiving his juris doctorate in 1982.
Geoff started working with Duplass in June 1994 and is now an equity
partner with the firm. Prior to Duplass, he was a staff attorney with
Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and before that, an associate with
the maritime defense law firm of Hebert & Abbott. Geoff has general
trial practice experience in state and federal court and specializes
in defending personal injury claims. He handles products liability,
automobile, premises liability and advises clients on bad faith claims
and coverage issues: He is married to Donna Martiny Clement and they
have five children. Areas

Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, Automobile, Extra-contractual
and Bad Faith Litigation, Insurance Coverage Disputes.

A member of the Jefferson Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar
Association , New Orleans Claims Association and the American Bar
Association, Geoff is admitted to practice before all Louisiana
State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern,
Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth
Circuit Court of Appeals and the Louisiana Supreme Court.
