A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelors of Arts
in Political Science and a minor in English, Christian received his
Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in 1994. Christian joined Duplass
in 1998, after spending several years in a general civil firm where
he received extensive experience in file management and litigation.
Named as a partner in the firm in December 2000, Christian has focused
a large area of his practice in premises, merchant, and restaurant
liability, defending a substantial number of personal injury claims
throughout the state of Louisiana. He also handles a large number
of lawsuits involving trucking and automobile accidents, and several
claims and class actions concerning mold and construction law. Christian
is a frequent lecturer on topics related to merchant and restaurant
liability and claims strategy in Louisiana.
